0. Remove Anti-Nutrients: Magnesium Stearate, Ascorbic Acid, Synthetics
1. Eat Superfoods You may notice your cravings and habits changing as you eat superfoods as you lose your taste for lower-scale nutrient sources (the Standard American Diet - SAD).
Goji Berries, sometimes also called wolfberries, are another highly nutrient superfood. In addition to blending them into your Goji Lemonade, you can snack on them alone or in a trail mix with your activated nuts and cacao nibs. Goji Berries seem to boost HGH (Human Growth Hormone) production and regenerate the HGH release pathway. HGH has been called the Fountain of Youth as HGH is a primary contributor to our youth. This applies to our internal experience and externally in quality of skin, hair, nails and eyes.
2. Hydrate with Salt and Maintain PH with Greens There's a huge difference between how much water we drink and how much water arrives at our cells. The quantity and quality of the salt and water you consume determines how well hydrated you are. You can have hydration issues if you consume too much salt, too little salt, or bad quality salt. Your digestive tract runs on salt. The strength of your peristalsis, the squeezing action of your digestive tract, is determined by salt and magnesium. The water and fiber you consume determines how fast things move through. The Sun Fire Salt is really good for the salt and magnesium your body requires. How much salt should you consume? Only your taste buds can tell you the correct amount of salt for you. When you are consuming good quality salt, your body is better able to use that salt and signal to your taste buds how much more to consume. To rebalance your hydration (and your alkalinity), you might consider doing a salt flush. Salt flushes give most people rapid, full elimination within 15-30 minutes. If no flush occurs, this may indicate a person is extremely salt deficient. In this case, I'd personally drink another quart of water and skip a day before my next salt flush. If no flushing occurs in a few days, some people increase up to 2 Tablespoons or more of Sun Fire Salt. Following are detailed instructions for completing a salt flush. Salt Flush You can think of Salt Flushes as a "quarter colonic". Where colonics only clean the colon, Salt Flushes clean stomach, small intestine and colon.
Salt Washes give most people rapid, full elimination within 15-30 minutes. If no flush occurs, this may indicate a person is extremely salt deficient. In this case, I'd personally drink another quart of water and skip a day before my next Salt Wash. If no flushing occurs in a few days, some people increase up to 2 Tbls. or more of Sun Fire Salt. Water retention may occur with Salt Washes, which is good. Water retention only occurs to accelerate removing toxins from tissue. When a body with stored toxins registers the availability of high quality salt and water, it will retain both. Water is held in contact with tissue to leech out toxins. When the water saturates (toxins begin to precipitate out), then this water will be expelled. As a body comes upscale this process can progress into 'rapid cycling', where salt and water are retained for a few hours then expelled. This process continues until mineral quarantined toxins are completely expelled. This may create rapid weight swings, with the final swing to optimal weight. It's very important to only use acid pH water if cycling begins, otherwise energy will go to detoxing minerals out of the water if alkaline pH water is used. How long to keep up Salt Washes? My preference is one/day until water expelled with my bowel movements is clear. Then a Salt Wash every few months seems great maintenance. I follow my intuition on when to do these. Maintaining PH with Greens: A strong acid PH is usually due to putrefied, fermenting, rancid foods in your digestive track. This could be due to cooked foods and meats, lack of enzymes and types of food combining.
Blue Green Algae is also very helpful in assimilating Essential Fatty Acids (EFA’s). The darker the green product, the more alkaline the minerals are and the more you will balance your PH and hydration. Green Smoothies are a great way to get the required alkalizing greens into your diet. And blending whole greens is better for alkalinity since the silicone and calcium are in the fiber. It’s nice to make a green soup rather than a juice. If you prefer it smooth, then strain out some of the fiber. 3. Incorporate Additional Superfoods for Enhanced Effects In addition to the staple superfoods listed in step 1, add even more superfoods based on the specific healthy effects you desire. Hemp Seeds add a nice nutty / cheesy taste to salads, crackers, soups and anything else you can think to put them on. They are high in fiber, protein, and essential fatty acids. Hemp milk is another favorite recipe that is very filling and satisfying. Cacao Nibs are the seeds of the cacao fruit and are what all chocolate is made from. If you like dark chocolate, you will love cacao nibs - and these are actually good for you because they are raw, organic, pristine and free of milk or oils. Cacao powder is the base of Chocolate Bliss and can be used in other recipes like bliss kisses and other desserts. Cacao butter is the fat that has been extracted from cacao powder and is really good for your skin. Rub it directly on your skin and eat it in your bliss kisses (makes them taste like decadent truffles). Guarana and Yerba Matte are high-powered adaptogens, meaning they support us whether going up in activity in morning or resting more in evening. Adaptogens transform into stimulants when they are heated or if they are improperly fermented or harvested outside of their ideal window. Guarana and yerba matte are extremely rich hormone and neuro-transmitter precursor material. They will often cause you to perk up immediately and sit more upright. From our experience, guarana gives more focus and yerba matte gives more bliss, so when they are combined it’s very easy for you to have a balanced energy that can quickly be relaxed into a blissful state based on your attention. It’s not known if guarana and yerba matte are good for pregnant/nursing women, so it maybe good to skip these “higher octane” adaptogens if this is your situation. Maca is a powerful hormone precursor. It is especially good when combined with bee pollen (another hormone precursor and richest source of metabolic enzymes). It helps women keep their hormones balanced and is good for men’s hormone levels too. To build a hormone your body needs to have: hormone precursors, Vitamin C, and metabolic enzymes. This is why Chocolate Bliss can help with mood shift challenges since may be due to problem in development of hormones. Maca is a Peruvian root that provides plenty of energy and increases libido. Research has shown that 1 teaspoon a day of maca has caused over 80% increase in fertility for men and women. Bee Pollen works well as a hormone precursor and rich source of over 5,000 enzymes. Only 2,000 of these enzymes have been analyzed and the other 3,000 are still unstudied. Some hypothesize that the other 3,000 may be turning on dormant DNA.
4. Add Elements for Easy Digestion and Biological Integrity Adding specific elements can help you enhance and maintain the integrity of your biological blueprint. The following elements are particularly helpful. All of these elements, except the Vitamin B complex, are contained in the Chocolate Bliss so drinking Chocolate Bliss every day is automatically maintaining your biological integrity. B Vitamins (non-synthetic) create structural organization of your body. B Complex vitamins ensures the blueprint of your body is good. Vitamin C (non-synthetic) is good for the preservation of structure created by B Vitamins. It is an anti-oxidant and acts like a laminate for the cell structure. The vitamin C in Chocolate Bliss is Pure Radiance C from the Synergy company. Its primary ingredient is camu-camu , a small red berry from the Amazon that is rich in vitamin C. It also contains acerola and amla berries where the acerola and camu-camu are wrapped in antioch root (yucca) so the berries are micro-encapsulated thus preserving the vitamin C. David Favor had this Pure Radiance Vitamin C sitting in open air for 3 years with very little degradation. Vitamin E in the form of Tocotrienols is also good for the preservation of structure created by B Vitamins. Tocotrienols are created from enzymatically digestible rice bran. MSM works with Vitamin C to build collagen structure and tissue structure. It’s best to choose MSM that is excipient free since excipients block nutrient uptake. If your MSM looks like shards of glass, it’s free of excipients. If it is round beads, it is not good for you. If your MSM has a solvent nature it will carry nutrients directly to tissues. Ease your digestion by increasing your digestive fire. Digestive fire relates to how fast and completely a person is able to reduce complex foods into component nutrients and transfer those nutrient components across the intestinal track wall. Digestive Fire can be greatly increased by using excipient free, plant based Digestive Enzymes which reduce complex food into simpler component nutrients. The enzyme potential of foods reduces, degrades, and oxidizes as soon as it is picked. Therefore use digestive enzymes regularly, no matter what you are eating (raw or cooked). When you eat raw food regularly it’s best to add in high grade salt and digestive enzymes to make up for what’s missing in raw foods (most often missing due to soil content and harvesting). Also, when you have eaten the Standard American Diet (SAD) most of your life, you have been using your body’s enzyme reserves. Taking digestive enzymes reduces your use of your reserves as well as aiding digestion. Probiotics then transport nutrients across the intestinal track into the fluids. Probiotics are primarily intestinal wall implanted, aerobic (oxygen breathing), friendly flora (bacteria) which further reduce food components and facilitate their transfer across the intestinal tract walls into our blood streams. Salivarius is a superb probiotic because of its large amount of colony material. Salivarius capsules have 9 Billion units of cultures per capsule. Other probiotics have about 1-3 million colonies. Salivarius also tends to multiply about 3 times faster in the intestinal tract than acidophilus / bifidus. Salivarius will displace anaerobic or nitrogen breathing microbes (things that shouldn’t be in your intestinal tract). If I had a preference, it would be to use Salivarius with a smaller quantity of Acidophilus and Bifidus. Also, Salivarius is the only probiotic good for working on scalp health. If you have chronic dandruff take 5-10 capsules of Salivarius over several days. Prebiotics, such as Raw Cacao Powder, Raw Vanilla Agave Nectar and Blue Green Algae, create an environment where Probiotics multiply and implant into our intestinal tract walls as rapidly as possible. Preliminary research shows an implantation gain of 600% when 1 part blue-green algae is taken with 10 parts Salivarius. The blue-green algae prebiotic intensifies the ability of the salivarius probiotic to implant. Vitamin C is also integral to the probiotic life cycle, so it’s important to take Vitamin C at the same time as the enzymes, prebiotic and probiotic. To ease your digestion, try taking 1 of each of these 4 products (enzymes, Salivarius, Blue-Green Algae & Vitamin C) with each meal and between each meal for 30 days. Your digestive fire will reach an optimal plateau and you may notice easier digestion and higher attention. As long as you continue to have a strong effect from these 4 supplements, keep doing it. If you have chronic insomnia, a big factor is likely a clogged or stagnant lymph system. Lymphatic channels pass fluid in one direction and the valves on this lymph system are like a reverse valve such that they open inward against the flow of the lymph. If these valves close, they can get locked shut with toxins building up a glue against the valve, preventing it from opening. At this point it won’t matter how much exercise you do to induce movement in your lymph system, you still won’t get fluid through the shut valves. Then your adrenal glands will kick in to keep you moving in an attempt to flush out the lymph, however the stuck valves still won’t open. This constant signal from the adrenal gland for exercise to clean out the lymph can induce intense adrenal exhaustion such that you are hyperactive until you pass out for a little while, then wake up and repeat the hyperactivity. Parasites, chemicals and metals usually travel together as the parasites and nano-bacteria will tend to attract chemicals and metals to build biofilms and thus hide from your immune system inside the biofilm. Many times biofilms show up in mammogram screens. Many people prefer dissolving biofilms from the inside using raw superfoods, rather than having breast tissue removed surgically. Previous steps in this guide do the heavy lifting of flushing large, intestinal parasites through dilation – opening up the fluid passages and improving flow throughout your body. This dilation will make it easy to expel biofilms since your “body pipes” are bigger and not as easy to stick to. The dilators you have been using are things that warm you up: raw chocolate, cayenne, cumin, tomato, and camu-camu. Increasing your intake of Fiesta Mole will enhance your dilation. The biofilms you will be cleaning out are calcium phosphate compartments which surround parasites, protecting them from your immune system. Biofilm based parasites are neither recognized nor affected in any way by your immune system. To cleanse the biofilms, continue to use the previous steps in this guide as you add the following components. To ensure your comfort, start with one capsule a day of each item for a week, then increase the dosage to that listed on the individual bottles.

To determine if you are clear of biofilms, chemicals and metals, look into your eyes with a flashlight at an angle. You are clear when you don’t see bright colors in your eyes anymore (blue, red, green, yellow, brown) – anything that looks out of place. These could be rings, splotches or clouds.
