Bee Pollen tastes slightly sweet (low glycemic), creamy with rich floral and citrus overtones.

Bee Pollen is rich in natural state, full spectrum, human compatible B-Complex vitamins, Antioxidants, Lecithin, Rutin and Metabolic Enzymes. 1 Tablespoon of Bee Pollen contains the Lecithin of 20-30+ egg yolks.

Bee Pollen in recipes adds the subtle, exotic floral taste of Thai, Persian, Turkish, and Sumerian dishes, both sweet and savory.

Bee Pollen supports maximum immune strength. In contrast to using local honey as a homeopathic remedy for allergies, it's the high Histidine (amino acid) levels in bee pollen that support immune function. Consuming bee pollen that is collected from clean and pure environments is more valuable than having it from your local region.

Bee Pollen with Hemp Seeds, Maca and Cacao (Chocolate) rapidly balance women's hormonal systems (whether facing pre-menstrual symptoms or menopause).

More Details About Bee Pollen

Bee pollen is considered by many to be the most complete superfood available in nature. This is because bee pollen contains more than 96 different nutrients, including every nutrient known that our bodies need.

One of the most significant facts about bee pollen is that it is an alkaline and energy-rich source of complete protein. Bee pollen has approximately 20% easily-assimilated protein and 22 essential amino acids. This means that gram for gram, pollen contains about 5 times more protein than cheese, eggs and meat.

Here are just a few of bee pollen’s many qualities:

  • More than 15 vitamins, including many B vitamins and vitamins C, D, and E

  • 28 essential minerals, including iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, calcium and copper

  • Bioavailable enzymes, all which have been shown to help with digestion and assimilation of other foods (could also help with weight loss and digestion issues)

  • Can help balance hormones for improved reproductive health and libido

  • 15% lecithin, which supports the nervous system and brain

  • High levels of nucleic acids, which help protect against radiation

Best Brownies Ever

Best Brownies Ever 3 Cups Brazil Nuts
1 tsp Sun Fire Salt
$20 + S/H
3 Cups Medjool Dates
(you will need to pit them!)
2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Carob Powder
1/4 Cup Cacao Powder
$25 + S/H
1/4 Cup Mesquite Powder
1 Cup Hemp Seeds
$30 + S/H
1/4 Cup Bee Pollen
$35 + S/H
3/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts or Pecans

Add the brazil nuts and salt to a food processor and grind as fine as you can before it starts to turn into a creamy paste/butter.  (Note that you do not need to soak brazil nuts – they don’t have enzyme inhibitors like most other nuts).  Add the dates and vanilla to the food processor and process until a smooth cake batter like consistency (you may want to add the dates a few at a time).

In a separate bowl add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.  Add the nut/date mixture to the blended dry ingredients and mix thoroughly (best if kneaded by your hands – and more fun).

Put the brownie mix into a 9×12 pan and spread evenly, pressing down with your hands to make a uniform appearance in the pan.
